Punching bags for upstairs apartment living?

Looking for a bag I can work, but I’m an upstairs apartment tenant and I’m not trying to torture my neighbors (not that I’d be doing it in the middle of the night or anything but downstairs neighbor works from home). What style of bag do yall recommend? Something I can kick, although I don’t need to be kicking the shit out of it, nowhere to put a heavy bag or anything here. I am still a somewhat beginner, just want something to be able to train on from home when I can’t get to class
