I wanted cold outreach that isn't generic. So I built a tool where you search any business type in any city, it pulls them from Google Maps, scrapes their websites for emails and phones, then fetches their Google reviews.

Here's where Claude comes in. It analyzes the reviews and extracts what I call "review KPIs" like financial metrics but for reputation. Real example from a dental clinic:

\- 42% of negative reviews mention wait times (8/19 reviews)

\- 26% mention unclear billing

\- Owner responds to only 31% of complaints, tone: defensive

Then you tell Claude what you sell. It crosses your context against each lead's review data and finds specific angles. If you sell booking software and 15% of their patients complain about booking difficulty — Claude connects the dots and writes a cold email referencing that exact problem with numbers.

Every email is unique because it's based on what their own customers said about them. Not templates.

The technical bit: built on FastAPI + Python with Claude Code. Review analysis, sales matching, and email generation all through Claude's API. I tested GPT-4 and Gemini early on Claude was the only one that consistently treated reviews as data points rather than text to summarize. The structured KPI output was the dealbreaker.
