Looking to have facial filler dissolved

Hi everyone. Hoping for some help finding the right procedure or provider. I previously had Juvederm in my nasolabial folds almost 4 years ago, and it still hasn’t fully dissolved. I deeply regret getting it and have been nervous about dissolving after being told by the injector that it can break down natural collagen.

Are there any gentle or more natural ways to help it break down over time? If dissolving is the only solution, I’d prefer to see a dermatologist but anytime I call clinics, I’m always told that only estheticians do these kind of procedures.

Can anyone recommend a compassionate and reputable dermatologist in Houston that does this? I already feel terrible enough as it is, so I worry about making the wrong choice in provider but I’m open to suggestions. Thank you for your time.
