Lf: Sasalo sa contract sa unit sa Poblacion Makati (female)

Hi! I’m looking for a woman (preferrably a student) who can continue my contract in Poblacion Makati, the contract ends on July 31 pa pero you can extend naman beyond that date.

The unit rate is 14k only, pets are allowed, but no parking. The unit comes with aircon and cabinet, I can also just give you my study table. You will also have 1 female roommate pero until July only, so 7k na lang share mo sa unit (but only till july unless u want to find another roommie).

The place is near Ayala Triangle, Century Mall, Rockwell, and Ateneo Law and Ateneo Graduate School of Business.

Please DM me for the pictures or any other details.
