Low ferritin uglies?

I have a NOTICEABLE difference in the way I look while being several iron deficient vs when things are normal. I’m talking puffiness in my face, looking like I’m “dropping,” the dark circles & just looking horrible. Not to mention the weight gain I have had (35lbs in 4.5 months) Curious to see if anyone else has experienced this or something similar?!
