Tickets purchased not appearing for resale

Purchased tickets today on the Last Minute Ticket Sale. Received an invoice and was charged. Tickets showing in my account, but do not show available for transfer or resale.

Is this because the tickets were issued today or is there some other type of restriction on transferring of these particular tickets.
