Job shadowing opportunities

Just a 24 yr old dude moving from job to job and NGL I think it's time I buckle down and try and get myself established into a career. But my problem is which one to pursue. The trades/construction seems cool. Auto specifically. Hard work. I'm alright with that. I'm just trying to see which one I think I'd see my self doing the most. No pay or anything. Just a day or two of working. I got my steel toes. WHMIS. First Aid 1. Forklift.

Just wondering if there was any official program or avenue I could go down regarding that.
