Is anyone else having issues on PlayStation 5?

I’ve been playing ark ascended for a while on the new ark astreous map, however recently I’ve been trying to go back on to the map and the loading screen comes on and then PlayStation seems to crash and says ‘something went wrong with this game or app’

How does one solve this?
