I’m going insane…..

This year will officially be 10 years of not knowing wtf is happening, YAY 🥲! I have seen countless doctors that tell me I’m fine and everything is normal. No direction and no diagnosis, my doctors are currently ignoring me after being informed “this really isn’t a real problem”. I am so tired all time, in pain, and can only eat meat without having my blood sugar going crazy and passing out and that still doesn’t work. No I am not diabetic (thankfully)

I feel like this is such a first world problem but I just want to know how to fix this.

I’m sorry if this isn’t the place I just don’t know where to go.
