Doordasher picking up more than 3 different deliveries that are not stacked orders?

The food is an hour late which NEVER happens with this restaurant. The deliverer seems to have stopped at 3 different restaurants minutes away from the one I ordered at and STILL is “on their way”

Does not say they are delivering anything before mine or not. Are they using multiple apps possibly?
