Vehicle vanished? Maybe this helps.

I am running a private dedicated server locally at my land line.

Yesterday the server rebooted while I was driving.

Guess what, after starting the server again the vehicle was nowhere to be found.

A bit frustrated I wanted to roll back (I do backups every couple of hours) so I did a shutdown... and before restoring the older game the server did restart because I had forgotten I had set it up that way....

And oops, the vehicles was suddenly back again!

Funnily it was marked WHITE on the map, not YELLOW like your own vehicle usually are. When getting closer it suddenly became YELLOW. Again, before rebooting I was at exactly that spot and THERE WAS NO CAR.

My explanation: if your server crashes then your vehicle will only show up after the serve starts up and shuts down clean again and then restarts again.

I managed to trigger my vehicle vanishing once again and again restarting twice helped to make it visible again...weird but I'll take it.

Anyone else seen this?
