Growth Timeline

Had a development meeting with my Store Manager and was told I’d likely need to wait another 3 years to become an ASM.

I’ve been with the company for about 3 years, including 1 year as a Department Supervisor.

I’ve been working really hard and driving strong results in my department, so I was a bit surprised by the timeline.

Is this normal, or am I missing something in terms of what it takes to move up?
