Legally Blind/Haven't been on the schedule.for 2.months

Hey y'all, I am legally blind (Not total blindness. My employer has been screwing around with me and my hours. I was getting one day every other week and 8 hrs a month was ridiculous.

I ended up no calling/no showing once, for the first time ever in over a year and a half of being there. Normally the rules were 3 before twrmination.

They took it as.me quitting. I specifically messaged the manager and let itnbe known i did not in fact quit. Still not on the schedule two week later.

So at this point i message the GM asking if i still even have a job. She left me on read for TWO MONTHS. I was not scheduled a single day in those 2 months.

And now after having no work for thatnlong and believing Ive been let go. After losing benefits due to no hours. In debt on rent Asking to be removed from the grouo chat. She messages me personally, "Are you sure you wanna be removed we can give you hours next week". This cannot be legal right?

Ive had 0 explantiin of any disability rights or things i could need to give/submit to them, to protect myself or anything as being legally blind. Not even a trainee handbook. Idk what to do or if I'm just sol
