TSP - Rollover?

I'm no longer a fed employee (after a RIF and choosing to say out of fed service). From the bit of time I was, I have around $12K in TSP. Should I roll this over into an IRA? Keep it there? What's some recommended options. Right now, I'm in another government role in a pension plan.
