Some very vague but persistent memories

So I have some memories that are very specific but may be a mix of different anime. I remember seeing some of these (I'll add them in order or how sure I am that I saw them) but I cannot find the series or movie they are from. These are at most 2010 but probably before that. In my memories they are the same episode/movie but idk.

1. a blind girl sells white flowers. she wears white bandages on her eyes. she has a tray with them and they are in soil in that tray. some kids come and bully her severely. they throw the flowers and dirt at her, kick her, etc. at the end one of the kids that was hesitant even at the start buys a flower from her.

2. old man, disfigured or born with deformities, lives far from civilization. he goes to the doctor. some medicine is given. the man turns into a monster, "chimera" term is used but I don't remember anything else FMA related. medicine might have helped with the transformation. by the end a mob kills him but he transforms and kills some of them. I believe he was the guardian of the blind girl from point one and the reason he transformed was because she couldn't sell enough flowers, since they got destroyed, to afford all the needed medicine.

3. sci-fi setting, in this world blue roses are extremely rare. a zepelin like ship, two girls in the crew and a white animal somewhat similar in looks to a lion with a blue mane and tuff of hair on its tail. I distinctly remember the white lion like thing sitting while the girls were washing dishes. the leader of the group is a dude, possibly wearing some red jacket. he might be the reason the kids stopped bullying the blind girl from point one in that instance.

so yeah... really specific and vague at the same time... if anyone has any ideas let me know. for years I've had these scenes in my mind and I want to put a name to them if that's even possible.
