Who to prioritize? (New player lvl 42)

Just started playing HSR again on a fresh account after taking a 2 year hiatus. Who do I pull for? I only have Ashveil, Clara, Bailu E1 as my 5 stars. Have around ~90 ish pulls. Do I save for Blade SP in 4.3 or go for one of the premium elation units like SW 999 or Evanescia (assuming I have zero supports for them)?
