The Encore Signed Insert

Hello! I got my copy of Jade's That's Showbiz Baby The Encore today (US mixer), and I was a little disappointed to not find my signed insert. I have the verification that I ordered the signed version. I've gone ahead and messaged the US distributor, I was just curious if anyone else had any similar issue or input. Have any of you worked with their customer support? I appreciate any help or insight! I was so excited to put her next to her sisters on my wall, haha 😭
