Shipping logistics for bulk return labels

Hello,

Hoping to get some insight from someone in larger lab settings. I’m running a virtual program and part of it is figuring out the shipping. Through multiple, very long calls with UPS and FedEx, I’m starting to feel crazy. I need to have bulk return labels made where I don’t know the patient address but need them all to return to the lab. I thought this was common, ie how the big labs do things, but the shipping companies are making me feel crazy to suggest this. The thought process is that we will kit up four labs in one shipment so we need to give them four return labels per shipment for them to send at their leisure. So I figured we could just have a stack of hundreds of pre printed return labels that just get kitted but apparently that’s not a thing. Please send some suggestions as I’m losing my mind and probably need to hire a shipping department…
