Account banned. How likely to get it unbanned.

my account has been banned as in the town I live in there are x2 of my address one is east and one is west.

I've just found out that my items were going to the other address.

As I have requested either a refund or the item to be replaced a number of times my account has now been blocked.

I have called and been advised I need to contact OFM. which I have done and have explained this. how likely is it I'll get the ban lifted??.
