Pokemon Storm Silver romhack on DS pico

When I try to play Pokemon storm silver on my dspico cart, my two screens are stuck on a white screen. The base rom works, but I only get this error after I patch it with the rom hack. When playing the hack on my pc emulator the game works normally.
