Testing my boundaries

I feel like my mind likes to toe the line with what is acceptable and what is not. Like I’ll go looking for porn on websites I know won’t have any but have a small chance of showing something. Or I’ll search for a girls name but won’t go to the photos just to feel the anticipation of clicking on one of the links. I need advice on how to not test and push the boundaries I’ve set for myself
