Looking for double flared gauges with much wider flares

Not sure how to even search this and hoping somebody else has experience. I have 0g earrings and I'm sick of one of two situations happening:

• I'll use a regular gauged earring with an O-ring one-size down from 0g. It'll slip off at some point and the earring flies out and I lose it forever.
• I'll use a double flared earring. My ears are pretty loose though and every once in a while they'll slip out, actually more often than the first scenario. I lose earrings like this all the time too.

I'm looking for potentially double flared earrings where the flares are a sizeable amount larger than the actual earring size. I could probably fit it when I needed but would be more secure in day to day use.

Anybody have any experience with this?
