I kept wasting hours making demo videos… so I built a lazy workaround (might help you too)

I kept running into the same problem every time I shipped something.

I’d build a feature, get excited to share it… and then get stuck making a demo video.

Recording takes forever. Then editing. Then re-recording because something small changed. What should’ve taken 10 minutes turned into hours every single time.

At some point I just stopped making videos altogether, which honestly hurt launches and feedback.

So I tried solving it for myself.

I built a small tool called motionfly where you just drop your product link, and it automatically turns it into a simple demo video. No editing, no timeline, nothing fancy, just something clean you can share quickly.

It’s been surprisingly useful for:

• quick SaaS demos
• landing pages
• posting updates without overthinking

Figured I’d share in case anyone else here has the same problem I did.
