Red Mage En-Spell Only HTBG Question

So I have seen a few videos online if players soloing HTBG with nothing but level one daggers and En-Spells. How viable of a strategy is this across the popular HTBG? Can you in theory solo all the single boss HTBG with this? Just curious if it’s a unique strategy for a few bosses or can be used in a lot.
