Something is seriously wrong with Poshmark's AI flagging system

My account has been flagged literally every single day since the new update. they suspended my account probably about five times and reinstated it after I was able to show them proof. they keep accusing me of selling replicas, with no proof whatsoever. half the time I even have the official receipts attached to the listing photos. I feel like something is really messed up with their AI system right now, has anyone been dealing with the same thing?

I was so shocked to find out that they literally canceled one of my orders AFTER it was already shipped out to the buyer. They did not even bother to email me or send me a alert about this. I just randomly logged on and found out that the order was just "canceled". I only found out like a day later from the buyer, after my account reinstated again for the 100th time, but they just went and told her that my item was "fake" and canceled it while it was on the way.

What is so messed up is that, it is 100% an authentic item and the receipt was on the photos! Nothing on the photos or description would have given any legitimately reason that it was fake.

Seriously if they don't pay me at this point or lose my item I'm going to have to sue them or something. This is so messed up and I'm in utter shock.

Has anyone else on here been dealing with crap like this? because it is absolutely ridiculous and honestly immoral to the max.
