Pride and Prejudice

I’m doing an SMG/AR Playthrough, and really want to use prejudice. If I “rush” through, do the necessary story lines and meet Hanako early, will I lose the Judy/River/Kerry quests? I’d like to use the gun but don’t want to miss out on content.
