How do I create "official" championships?

Can I create a sorcery tournament like the ones in the shops, but through Tabletop Gaming? I'm Brazilian and I know many people who live in remote areas of the country and can't participate in the little tournaments at the shops, so I wanted to create one via Tabletop Gaming. Can I? If so, how?
