Metagame Psychic Noise on Farigiraf, when to use?

Ok so I'm fairly new to VGC and trying to improve. I was working on a new team using Mega Houndoom and Farigiraf in Pokemon Champions and I noticed that Farigiraf can learn the move Psychic Noise, which prevents healing on the target. I didn't even know this move existed. Are there some situations where this move is really good? Should I include it in my moveset? So far my Farigiraf has Trick Room, Helping Hand, and Hyper Voice, and its main purpose is to set TR, stop priority moves such as Fake Out, and boost my Mega Houndoom's damage with Helping Hand.
