is it possible to get my hacked account back?

around oct 2024 my tiktok account got hacked. i woke up to one of those automated texts with a code to reset my password. and then immediately opened the app and i was logged out. they changed my username to a bunch of random numbers and letters

i emailed tiktok support like 400 times and they’ve done nothing. i eventually just made a new account but i think about my original account from time to time and really want it back

has anyone had any luck with this?
