Getting AI flagged on essays?

I always check my essays with GPTZero to make sure it won’t get flagged before I submit and this is the first time it’s literally getting 100% AI bruh

I’ve literally been trying to add/remove random words to try and lower it from 100% and NOTHING IS WORKING😭😭😭

wtf do I do?? Am I gonna get flagged?? How do I prove I wrote it myself?
