Am I hard stuck because of crop growth?

I’m trying to complete the party quest but I have already harvested all my wheat for the day and am still short.

I traveled to the arcanine dream island and didn’t find any. I also need it for the team initiation challenge.

Do I really have to wait 3 days for new wheat to grow before progressing?
