over the past few weeks, i’ve been digging into the protein consumption problem in India, especially around students and working professionals who rely on hostels, mess, and canteens for daily food. from what i found, the issue isn’t really supply , it’s access and affordability. lot of meals are carb-heavy, and adding decent protein regularly just becomes too expensive at that level.

based on that, i started exploring business idea of supplying affordable protein paneer, tofu, whey, etc... directly to these food vendors so they can improve meals without increasing prices too much.

i’ve also started testing this a bit offline and currently have 3 regular clients, which gave me some initial confidence that there might be something here. to make things clearer, i put together a quick demo website to explain the idea and how the model could work. made by runable and gamma and some tools ,this is not a launch or marketing, just an early demo to think things through better.

before i go deeper, i’d really value feedback from people here that does this feel like a real, scalable problem worth solving? and does the approach B2B supply to vendors make sense? and is anything that seems naive or difficult from execution POV?

Still very early stage, so open to honest and critical takes!!

Based on my research, build something around affordable protein , would love to have feedback!!
