Looking To Rent 1 Bedroom

Hi! I’m currently looking to rent a non-basement apartment in the Annex or near Christie Pits, ideally within walking distance to a subway station.

I’m currently in Parkdale and the streetcar commute just isn’t working for me anymore.

I’m looking for:

•	Pet-friendly (I have one very well-behaved cat and use a Litter-Robot)

•	Parking preferred

•	I prefer Victorian homes I do not like condos :/

Move-in: May 1st or June 1st

Budget: up to $2,400
