Passport

Hi! I'm planning on sending in my application in a couple of weeks. I 'm using my passport as one of my ID's. It is expiring in December 2026 - should I renew before I send in the application? or is this enough time for them to not reject the application? Or should I just renew and apply when the new passport arrives? Thank you!
