iPad page turners

Hi drummers. I play a lot of musical theatre gigs. I'm thinking about transitioning from old school sheet music to an iPad. For those drummers that already do this, what is your method of turning pages on the iPad while playing? I know they make page turning foot pedals, but that doesn't really work for us as our feet are already occupied. Are there any other options other than just using your finger to turn the page?
