How do i stop my bspline points from moving away from where i place them?

i had just reset the beginning frames and literally like 5 or 6 frames late i go back to check and they are all out of wack! this is soooooo frustrating as i have wasted so many hours placing them on almost each frame. >:( me very upset right now >:/
