How to train cats not to eat human food

Behavioral

Hi guys! I have 2 cats that are strays and their behavior has gotten horrible when it comes to food. Because they were raised in the wild, they learned that they need to fight for food and take what they can get. They aren’t kittens anymore so I’m having trouble on how to fix their behavior. I’ve gotten good about watching my food if it’s meats, pizzas, or something that has a strong smell that will lure cats over. But now I’ve had to watch my coffee, ranch or garlic dipping sauce. They eat anything in sight, they get fed enough. Please help, how do I fix this behavior?
