[TEXAS] Not a resident and job was remote?
Hi all, I was recently fired from my job and am looking into how to apply for unemployment. However I am not sure if im over complicating it, or if I am not eligible.
Here’s my situation in bullets
-I am still a AZ resident as I go back and forth from AZ and TX often and don’t plan on staying in texas for very long
-I primarily live in TX, and would file unemployment in TX
-my former employer was not a texas company. They were based in Boston and I worked remotely
Based on this information, would I be eligible for unemployment? Or do I need to be a Texas resident?
