Pokémon Centre stuck as construction (covered in wood)

I was building the Pokémon Centre in bleak beach. I think at the same time that it was complete, the zone was also triggering the >!Moslax!< story line for some of the Pokémon who were building the Centre. It's been 2 days now, and the Centre is stuck with wood all over it. When I go up to the deposit box I don't have any option to complete it, and none of the Pokémon I speak to will activate anything with the Centre. Has this happened to anyone else? Any advice?
