Query regarding education loan

guys mera money ka bahut issue hai , percentile bhi nahi nahi aye hai (92 in January attempt) . i have lost all hope , I was considering lpu in punjab as an option with 40% scholarship but uske liye bhi Paisa nahi hai so me loan lene ka soch raha hu . is it worth it lpu me btech cse karne ke liye loan lena worth it hai ???? vpls tell me or koi bhi clg mil sakta hai.?
