should i be concerned if his snapscore goes up 450 or more everyday?

i’m 14f and he’s 15m and me and him have been talking he calls me pretty and that and i really like him but im just incredibly anxious that he’s playing with my feelings and the fact his snapscore goes up so much makes me think hes doing it to alot of people. i’ve just gotten out of a difficult talking stage cause we both liked eachother but that person had been complimenting other girls and ive been very on edge since but i dont know if im just anxious because of that or if he is really messing with me. i really dont wanna get played again and i fall in love quite easily and im trying to push him away but i end up missing him
