Orders marked 'ready' I have to contact support to cancel

New thing just dropped today for me. I was at the restaurant and got another order when I arrived, but when I tried to reject it it popped up an error message repeatedly. I accepted it and planned to reject it through the app, but it popped up the message that I can't cancel an order marked ready without contacting support.

Later at mcdonalds I got the same thing. A new order coming through which I couldn't reject, it would just give me an error message. I had to wait out the timer for it to go away.

I'm guessing this is some half arsed trial they're doing and it's buggy, but yeah expect to have to contact support in the future to reject orders. I rated the driver app 1 star out of spite but obviously it won't make a dent in the thousands of paid for fake reviews.
