At a Loss - Straight to IVF?

We are dealing with MFI and inconsistent sperm numbers. Some tests say natural conception is possible and some say it’s not. I’ve not seen drastic variability on this forum unless I just didn’t look hard enough.

The only consistent part is the inconsistency. Despite 3 months clomid, lifestyle change, working out regularly, lowered alcohol/nicotine, daily supplements, confirmed no varicocele, use of boxers, lowered stress, better sleep, there’s been no change. The clomid was not due to low T but mainly to see if it would increase numbers and it’s really not showing improvement.

Does this mean “straight” to IVF for us (not really since it’s been a long road)? Or have others had luck? If so, what did you try?

Test 1: TMSC 10.35, motility 42%

Test 2: TMSC 6.35, motility 27%

Test 3: TMSC 27.91, motility 19%

Test 4: TMSC .9, motility 22%

Test 5: TMSC 3.3, motility 32%

Test 6: TMSC 12.33, motility 46% (froze 3 vials)

Test 7: TMSC 6.93, motility 25% (after 3 months clomid)
