Another mrbeast infected

Welp last week I managed to get a virus while trying to download some music and the day after, my discord acount was compromised. I disconnected everything, used malwerebyte and another tool to remove the virus and changed my passwords. But I may still have something, so I wonder if there are any way to be sure. I don't want to reinstall my whole computer, I have too many files to keep.
