Proptech Elevator Pitch

The model started from looking at the Property Market in Canada & US regarding Rentals. More than 55% in Canada rent in major cities. So I researched how and where consumers find rentals and gaps.

1. Stage 1 - development of Rentals Authentication tool to analyze Screen shots of rentals. Analyzing inclusions and missing features.

2. Data Build- captured condo and PBR data as backend

3. Buyers- developed new model based on rentals for buyers to analyze building history, area knowledge and other metrics

4. AI Tools - development of tools for buyers to analyze strata minutes and mortgage.

5. Tribunal Outcomes LLM- from the backend data development of searchable case mgt system for property tribunals across Canada.

Currently live production so consumers can buy rent assessment reports, Buyers can find out about Tribunals and even have strata minutes read and analyzed and assessed.

New focus on building strong LLM and putting out research articles on rent trends or data findings.
