Settlement Negotiations

I was in an accident in August 2025 with my kid. The other driver was at fault and my car was totaled. Kid walked away fine and we’ve settled her part of the claim.

I suffered long term shoulder and neck issues requiring PT. I also suffered some cognitive issues that ultimately resulted in anxiety and severe depression. I had to take 12 weeks off work to focus on healing and have been in therapy weekly and prescribed Lexapro. The headaches come and go.

It’s time to negotiate my claim and I’m certain they will lowball me. Realistically, I’m thinking $100,000 for all of this as I’ll deal with side effects per the docs.
