HSV 1&2 Positive

I believe a partner from 6 months ago is HSV positive (or so I’ve been told from a third party) we had 3 encounters 6 months ago. Since then I’ve had no symptoms but got blood tested last month as soon as I found out. The first test came back positive for both HSV 1 (1.96) and HSV 2 (4.56) I was retested a week later and both were positive again but this time HSV 1 (1.52) and HSV 2 (3.5).

Both tests were from Quest. Has anyone had a false positive with these numbers? Or are these most likely true positives? (I’ve had no symptoms, and I’ve also tested multiple times before having sex with this partner and was negative for both HSV1&2)
