Are there any affordable tools that can locate underground live electric utility cabling?

I’m in the US and always, always, always utilize 811 before I dig. Safety first.

That said, what I need is the ability to locate live underground electric utility secondary and services. I will not be digging anything up, I am simply just trying to get an idea of where the underground cabling is coming and going. I do not want to hire anyone, I would like to do it myself.

I’ve seen plenty of devices online, but I’d like to avoid paying for features I do not need. Are there any devices out there that would work for my needs and be under $200?
