New ad account, ad active and post boost active but not delivering?

Hi,

I'm sure many have had this problem before (but I'm being stupid and can't find it) but i've created a new ad account from my facebook profile (that's existed for like 5-6 years). Ran an ad campaign, it showed active but it had an issue, i accidently set the end date for months ahead instead of days, fixed it, the campaign corrupted and so i had to pause that one and create a new one, which is active, looks good al around, the ad set is active, the ad is active, but hasn't been delivering for hours. I've also tried boosting a post - but same issue. They're not massive ads or campaigns, just small ones for testing. Ad is set at 30GBP limit and the post boost at 7GBP a day for 4 days... Any help is very welcome!
