M26 F22 been quiet all week what can I do?

Last week we were hanging out in her room she was busy doing her stuff for college and I was just laying around. I got into my head remembering this week I’m on a different schedule so I wouldn’t see her at all this week. So before we went to bed that night I was trying to cuddle with her and she was joking around asking why. I said because I’m going to miss you next week because of the schedule change and you’ve been busy with school work I haven’t really been able to hold her and spend quality time with her. She got upset and I tried to apologize because I didn’t mean for her to get upset it was just what I came up with because she asked why. First she was really distant not talking, then I walk her out and she just gets in her car and leaves. The one night I had her sit up and I apologized again saying nothing was her fault and she shouldn’t feel like she’s to blame I got into my head and I’m sorry. This past week I still go over after work she’s asleep but now she sleeps next to me cuddles a little bit but in the mornings there is still no talking she gets ready while I wait and walk her out the door to her car now she stands outside her car we hug kiss and tell her to have a good day. Just unsure if I doing things right or what I should do differently
